  • 2. Managed all building maintenance, operations, repairs, restorations and security for 10 tenants and university departments who leased space. Obtained estimates, bids and oversaw all building projects.  Saved restaurant tenant over $10,000 by painting a faux terrazzo floor after extensive repairs eliminating need for costly and time-consuming tile work.  Solved major water-leakage problem that compromised building structure.  Created humane solution to discourage pigeons from inhabiting building’s exterior.  Started first art gallery in building’s lobby that became a prestigious and sought-out venue for local artists.  Developed ways to display art that safeguarded integrity of building’s interior.
