Weekly market view
Markets after the previous week’s fall witnessed consecutive buying during
the last week and closed with gain of around 3% on back of strong rupee
and firm global markets. Nifty future had pulled back from the support
levels and started the rally from 8000 towards 8250 but now may face the
stiff resistance of the upper band of channel pattern on daily charts i.e.
around 8310-8330 and it may act as a good reversal point. On lower side,
strong support is seen around 8060. While, surpassing 8330 may lead the
index towards 8400-8490 during the week. Key event to be eyed is US GDP
data on Wednesday. Volatility can be seen due to F&O Expiry in this week.
