Weekly market view
Markets saw the last week with mixed sentiments with high volatility and
closed on flat note. Nifty future started the week on a good note but sharp
selling was seen on Wednesday mainly due to weak Rupee which tested 20
month low while recovery in the last session made it to close flat. The short
term trend for nifty appears to be bearish where sharp sell offs can be
watched out after short coverings. Now, 8000 is seen as the most crucial
mark for the index below which it may further drag down towards 7900. On
higher side, 8350 is seen as immediate resistance for the coming week. Key
events seen ahead are IIP nos., CPI and WPI.
