is seeking a CFO. The CFO must have BS; MBA; CPA; 15+years experience in Accounting and Finance
experience must include: 7 + years preparing financial statements, 5+ heavy cost accounting experience in
either a Petrochemical or chemical processing environment; 3+ years working within SAP environment; 5+
participating in external audits; Hands on experience at a $500 million or better company; strong working
knowledge of US GAPP and IAS standards; negotiation, interpersonal, organizational and customer-
orientation skills and experience with financial modeling (DCF/IRR) of acquisitions, major expansions or
major projects. While the company is open to relo candidates, first preference is candidates from Baton

following areas: financial analysis, financial controls, and financial modeling with Excel; PeopleSoft and
experience in a service related industry. Pays up to $160k plus 20% target bonus and great benefits.

Manager will be a team player, possess political skill, and have a knack for accounting research. The
candidate will also be analytical and strategic in implementing process improvements. To be successful a
