Director of Accounting – Centrally located energy firm. Must have CPA, career progression,
good tenure, and experience with large, international company that is publicly traded. Must have
had oversight of all transactional accounting functions (G/L, A/P, A/R, Payroll) at the Corporate
Level. THIS ROLE REQUIRES 50% TRAVEL, SOME TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
To $200k + Bonus.
Director of Treasury and Project Finance – West side Energy Services firm with excellent
culture and great colleagues! Emphasis is on the Guarantee Facilities and Letters of Credit and
secondary skill set is Cash Management. Management experience and professional presence a
must. MBA and/or CPA highly desirable. To $160 + Bonus.
Revenue Manager – Large, publicly traded E&P company is looking for a strong Leader to
work hand in hand with the Director of Revenue and Senior Manager of Revenue to motivate,
train, and manage a large revenue team. Will consider 10-30 years experience. MUST have 5+
years recent upstream oil & gas revenue accounting experience in a Management/Supervisory
capacity. Upbeat, positive, can-do attitude is a must! CPA is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Experience with Oracle P2 is a plus, but not mandatory. To mid $100’s + Bonus + LTI.
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis–West Side Environmental Services company. CPA
and MBA highly desirable. Must be experienced in Finance – Budget, Finance, Planning, with
strong understanding/background in accounting. Experience dealing with vendor contracts
needed. To Mid $100’s + Bonus.
Manager of Financial Reporting – Large, international energy company that is centrally
located. CPA, 6+ years experience with a combination of large Public Accounting firm and

2. energy industry with SEC experience. Strong technical accounting skills, FAS 133, and
accounting for pension & benefits plans is required. To $120k + Bonus + other incentives.
Director of Internal Audit – Growing company that recently went public, central location. CPA
with strong SOX who will be able to implement controls and build the audit department. Go-
getter, self motivated, able to work independently. INDUSTRY experience with multi-location is
a must. Excellent communication skills a must. To $125k + Bonus.
Manager of Tax & Treasury – Split role! Large, International Company. Most important is Tax
part (will be 70% tax, 30% treasury(cash side)). MUST have Sales & Use and Property tax
experience. Will report to Regional Controller and be part of a Tax & Treasury shared services
center. To $130k + Bonus.
Senior Auditors – Large, International Oil & Gas Companies has several openings in their audit
department. MUST have accounting degree AND audit experience in public accounting and/or
industry. CPA highly desirable, CIA highly desirable. Travel is up to 40%, including
international. Comp: $80’s - $100’s, DOE, plus Bonus.
International & Domestic Tax Manager–MUST have accounting degree and experience with
US and International Tax Planning, U.S. Federal State & Compliance. Will also design tax
processes and Implement SOX for tax department. CPA highly desirable, but not required. To
$100k + Bonus.
Accounting Manager – North Side Energy & Industrial Services Firm. Full cycle accounting
and supervisory experience. CPA is highly desirable. To mid $80’s + bonus.
SEC Reporting Analyst – Energy Services firm that is centrally located. Small, growing firm in
prestigious location. Seeking 3-6 years of SEC reporting experience and CPA. Big Four or other
large public accounting experience is preferred, but will consider SEC reporting in industry as

Cost Accounting Lead – Join this $80M sub of a large European company. This sub focuses on
Oilfield Services and Manufacturing. Accounting degree and 5+ years standard cost accounting
in a manufacturing environment required. To $90k + Bonus.
Financial Reporting Senior Accountant – Tired of Energy & Energy related? Well, come join
this non-energy related company that is located on the south side of town. Seeking CPA
candidates with 3-5 years of Big-Four or other large regional public accounting. Will not hire
overqualified candidates A staff level role is also available for 1-2 year public accounting
candidates. Pay commensurate with experience. To $80’s + Bonus.
Senior Accountant – North Side Energy Services firm. Looking for strong general accounting
and internal reporting. Some Fixed Assets & Inventory a plus. 4+ years experience and

their revenue group. TWO profiles possible: 1) 2-5 years public accounting with E&P clients 2)
Accounting degree with 2-10 years Oil & Gas Revenue experience. Commensurate with

Senior Accountant – Growing North Side Drilling Company seeking up and comer. Highly
prefer 2-4 years public accounting with progress towards CPA exam. Drilling and Oil & Gas
clients a big plus. Intimate environment, will work directly with CFO! Will not hire
overqualified candidates. To $80k
Senior Accountant – West side services firm. Must have a CPA. Well-rounded, full-cycle
accounting is required: G/L, Close, Analysis, Fixed Assets, and Reconciliations. Nice blend of
