In the week ending 1st June 2018, AcuComm added or updated 35 projects to our
database. These have a combined estimated value of US$3,057 million. There were
11 completely new projects this week, and 24 updates.
This brings the total number of active projects in the AcuComm database to 5,075.
They have an estimated value of US$346.9 million, or US$68 million on average.
The United Kingdom was the leading country in the past week in terms of project
value, accounting for US$591 million. This was equal to 19.3% of the total for the
week.

accounted for 11 projects, with a total estimated value of US$1,850 million. This was equal to
60.5% of the total.
In terms of estimated capacity, the leading facility type was also incineration (with energy
recovery), which amounted to an annualised 4,369,257 tonnes or 51.4% of the total. Incineration
(with energy recovery) was the leading facility type in terms of anticipated power output. This
amounted to 576 MW, equal to 81.6% of the total.
