A quick learner, eager to apply her formal
training on supply chain management to
enable customer success, Highly-motivated
professional with strong relationship building skills
to be introduced to employers who have the
infrastructure to appreciate and leverage her newly
acquired knowledge and value her working
experience
her new skills demonstrate her thirst for knowledge,
determination to build on her skill set and to
keep up with changing times and technology.
* Finding a jobs via the Internet has become infective.
* I think she is applying to jobs online to get a sense of empowerment,
"she is doing what she can and it is up to the person on the other side to act".
* I think she has never explored job placement at the universities she has study..
*To improve my chances I am working on my MBA from an American
university, UC San Diego. I have received more calls since I updated
my LinkedIn profile with my master education.
* My master is on Supply chain process, which is my area of expertise. I use
the terminology I learned in classes to describe my prior working experience.
* I apply to as many posting online as possible, on Monday I checked Indeed,
Tuesday LinkedIn, Thursday Craigslist, etc.
* I get more telephone interviews for positions that I am partially
qualified than for positions that I consider myself a perfect match to my skills and even incorporate
the job description's key words into my resume and cover letter.
* I had so many interviews I no longer get excited. I had multiple companies
where I had 3 or 4 interview that go nowhere.
* I see lots of posting that are continuously reposted online. Maybe companies
post opening to show that they are growing.
* I also have also provided my resume to people who have
* Internships do not provide learning experience they are nothing more than free filing jobs.
* School’s job placement are for companies based in San Diego.
* In Bulgaria our cv have our pictures, age, marital status, number of children, etc.
* I place my education at the end of the resume because no one is going to hire me based on training.
* I do not know what is a fair salary to ask.
Feels like she has strong negative impression about internships.
Feels like companies are becoming professional interviewer.
Employers are cautious about making a hiring decision.
* With so many out of work American pursuing
graduate degrees or professional certifications in
order to stand out from the rest of online
applicants why are employers reporting a
shortage of qualified workers and are requesting
to raise the number of h1b visa in order to hire
qualified workers from overseas?
* The hiring process has become dehumanized.

*I met Reneta while taking an SAP Business Object class.
The software for the course required Windows operating system she bought a computer.
She had question on the course material, she reached out to the instructor and classmate
to complete her assignment. All this because WebIntelligence reports was one of the
skills required on some of the opportunities she was considering.

Feels like she has strong negative impression about internships. Feels like companies are becoming professional interviewer. Employers are cautious about making a hiring decision. * With so many out of work American pursuing graduate degrees or professional certifications in order to stand out from the rest of online applicants why are employers reporting a shortage of qualified workers and are requesting to raise the number of h1b visa in order to hire qualified workers from overseas? * The hiring process has become dehumanized. * *I met Reneta while taking an SAP Business Object class. The software for the course required Windows operating system she bought a computer. She had question on the course material, she reached out to the instructor and classmate to complete her assignment.
