Use of real media conventions
My media product uses, challenges, and develops conventions of real dubstep music videos. It uses typical conventions like urban locations and quick edits timed to the music. However, it challenges conventions by having an unconventional narrative and limiting strobe lighting to only 3 seconds rather than throughout the video. The product develops conventions by manipulating the pace of editing and shot duration to match the increasing and decreasing tempo of the music.
Types of Music Videos
There are three main types of music videos: performance videos focus on showing the artist live or in a casual environment; concept videos are based on a single unusual idea to engage audiences; and narrative videos tell a story through imagery that follows the song's lyrics. Performance videos have the lowest production cost but require recognition or interesting camerawork. Concept videos combine genres and styles for accessibility. Narrative relies on imagery to convey a story.
Andrew Goodwin theorist
1. Goodwin identifies 6 key features of music videos: the relationship between the music and visuals, the relationship between lyrics and visuals, genre characteristics, record label demands, intertextual references, and references to looking.

It will also include interactions with their close fan base and aim to recreate the vibrant and fun atmosphere of their shows through use of the venue's colored walls and lighting rig.
Detailed Analysis 'Bleed From Within - The Healing'
The video features natural stage performances from the band members captured with various camera angles and close-ups. There are many shots that focus individually on each band member as well as shots of the entire group, with a particular focus on the vocalist through close-up facial shots. The low-budget set design of an abandoned warehouse complements the song's lyrics about isolation and emptiness. Scarce lighting is used mainly for harsh backlighting and selective front lighting to draw attention to specific band members and their movements against the backdrop.

Basically everything worth an experience that money can buy (and wherever possible) plugged with an offer (on SBI Cards) you can’t resist.

The metal finishing process at Clybourn involves shipping and receiving parts, preparing them through polishing, buffing, and plating, and inspecting them to ensure quality. Parts are given an initial inspection, polished to remove imperfections, and buffed to achieve the desired finish. They then undergo vapor degreasing, chrome plating if needed, and final inspection before receiving finishing touches and being shipped out or polished and buffed only.

Our music video received positive feedback from audiences on YouTube and Facebook. Within 4 days of uploading, the video received 210 views on YouTube along with positive comments and ratings. On Facebook, over 60 people commented positively on the video and over 40 people liked and rated it positively. There was no negative feedback received from audiences on either platform.
Structure
The music video tells the story of a man who falls from success as a businessman into alcoholism and homelessness. It shows him celebrating a promotion with drinking, which leads to his downfall as he loses his job and friends. The video uses flashbacks and contrasts between color and black-and-white to show his past life and present situation. In the present, he plays guitar and sings in the subway to earn money from passersby.

However, the artist also likes to break conventions by sometimes dressing more formally in suits, scarves, or smart jeans. Hair will be styled in short, long, or messy looks. Accessories like chains, bracelets, and tattoos will also be incorporated as they are common in the genre.

Filming Schedule & Editing Schedule 4 D Productions
The filming schedule outlines the scenes and dates to film a music video over 5 days from December 16-20. On December 17th, the first scene in the subway will be filmed with 4 shots of the actor entering and the first verse. The anchor scene for the end of the song will also be filmed in the subway on the 18th. Additional chorus scenes will be filmed in the subway that afternoon. Scenes at a bar on the 19th include the actor celebrating and drinking. An office scene of the actor getting fired will also be filmed that day. The final street scenes on the 20th include the actor walking and drinking on a park bench before 4pm due to lighting.
Editing Schedule
The document outlines an editing schedule to create a music video with the following key steps:
1. Scenes will be uploaded and selected on the 28th of December and organized into a timeline.
2. On subsequent dates, the order of scenes will be altered, scenes will be grouped, a song will be imported, lip syncing will be checked, and editing techniques/transitions will be viewed and chosen.
3. From the 30th of December to 2nd of January, the chosen transitions and effects will be inserted along with credits.
