web designer need
One skill a web designer will need is a well rounded knowledge of computer systems this is an important
skill as they will be spending lots of time with computer so will need to know how they work
Another skill a web design will need is determination and persistence this is because a web designer has to
do multiple drafts and needs to keep perisitsntlh carrying producing strong work
A web designer needs the skill of be an analytical thinker , they need this skill as they need to be able to
analyse the suitability for there web design and designed if it meets the requirements of the website .
A skill that a web designer needs is to be able to be flexible and also be open to change , a web designer
needs to be flexible with there designs and ideas as they need to be willing to change there designs to suit
the requirements of others such as the client and members of there team
A web designer needs the skil of being thorough with there work as they need to ensure the design works
with the website to prevent anything blocking the use of the website and messing up accessibility. Another
reason a web designer needs to be thorough is making sire they meet all the client requirements and that
the designer feet’s needs and wants of the client

A responsibility of a web designer is to
conduct website testing to ensure that
there website functions properly and is
easy to use, web designers are also
responsible for designing sample pages ,
this is an important responsibility for web
designers as by creating sample pages it
allows there design to be assessed for
suitablity and make sure the client is happy
before they go ahead with the designs .
Another very important responsibility for a
web designer is to register the web domain
name , registering the web domain name
is important as they need to make sure
they find the cheapest place that allows
them to register a domain name and also
to ensure that there name doesn’t copy
right any other company’s .

5. What qualifications are required
• One qualification that a person needs to be a web designer is a
level 3 certification in web design and development , they need this
as it helps them to understand everything required of them to be a
web designer and provides them with the skills they need
• To be a web designer the qualifications of a t level in digital
production , design and development are required these are
required as it gives the basic skills for all areas of digital production
and helps people to learn about the desgin skills required
• Level 4 diploma in IT desgin is a required qualification for a web
designer as it helps them gain thr skills required to be able create a
website at a high level

work with
A web designer will work with other
peen specialists in there team to help
build a successful website , they must
work with a web developer to make
sure there designs fit in with the
technical aspects of the website ,
they must also work with graphic
designers to help create the imagery
for the website they have designed .

agencies this is so that they can test
the website and make sure it work .
