This document provides updates from Johan and Ina Greeff's ministry work in South Africa and abroad. It discusses positive reports from church planting efforts in South Africa and India that are leading to drops in crime and improvements in welfare. It encourages the church to be "radical" and "militant" in advancing God's kingdom through obedience, telling others about God's love, and making his wisdom known. It then provides pictures and summaries of their outreach and preaching activities at various churches and conferences in South Africa. It requests prayers for protection of their home base, Shepherd's Flock Ministries, which has come under attack. It concludes by thanking supporters and requesting continued prayers as their international travel ministry continues.
This document provides a summary of a message about Jesus's genealogy. It discusses both men and women in Jesus's family tree, noting they all struggled with sin yet were part of God's plan of salvation. The overarching message is that no matter one's background or family's sins, there is a place for them in God's family through faith in Jesus. Pride in one's own righteousness is a sin preventing acceptance of God's grace.

This document discusses the importance of preparing for marriage through spiritual reading and developing character. It emphasizes that the purpose of marriage is to blend personalities to reflect the image of God. The document discusses the process of true conversion. It states that the first step is getting to know the truth by studying the Bible to understand what is right and wrong. However, merely knowing the truth intellectually is not enough - one must accept it, feel sorry for wrongdoing, confess sins, pray for power to overcome sins, and fully resist temptation. The problem is that many only get to knowing the truth but do not complete the full conversion process. True conversion results in a new heart and life dedicated to following God's will.

This document outlines a new paradigm for churches based on walk-with-God connections rather than programs. It describes how the founders Steve and Henry had restless feelings with their growing churches and felt something was missing. They were mentored by Amway co-founder Rich DeVos and learned seven connections from the Amway business model that could apply to churches: having a real walk with God, mentors, support groups, giving ownership to others, a reproducible pattern, recognition, and having a dream to share one's walk. Their goal is to help average people excited about their relationship with God share it naturally with others like an extended family.
The HUB Bible school was started in 1996 in Serbia and has since grown significantly. It has had 350 total students who now serve as leaders across the Balkans. The school currently has its 20th generation of students, totaling 22 people. The school aims to equip students to spread the gospel through spiritual growth and Bible study. It has also started organizing camps to serve families with disabled children or children with cancer, which have been well received. The school gives thanks to God for His faithfulness and guidance over the years.
The typical US congregation has more women than men attending services. There are 13 million more adult women than men and 25% of married women attend without their husbands. Midweek activities are 70-80% female. Over 70% of boys raised in church will stop attending in their teens/20s. While most men believe in God, only 2 in 6 attend church regularly. Christian universities enroll almost 2 women for every man. Fewer than 10% of churches have successful men's ministries. Studies show male participation correlates with church growth while lack of men associates with decline.

This chapter introduces the concept of "history makers" - individuals who defy expectations and statistics to achieve great things. The author believes we are called to be history makers by developing a supernatural lifestyle of signs, wonders, and miracles. Such a lifestyle will transform our cities and release revival through demonstrating God's power. We cannot settle for complacent religion but must receive our inheritance as "sons of the prophets" to see darkness destroyed and cities restored.

The document discusses using a rapid compression machine (RCM) to measure ignition delay of fuels. An RCM compresses fuel-air mixtures rapidly to simulate constant volume combustion. Computational fluid dynamics models of an RCM are presented to analyze temperature and pressure profiles. While RCMs aim to achieve homogeneous conditions, simulations show non-uniformity in temperature and velocity fields. Future work with detailed chemical kinetics is needed for more accurate combustion modeling. In conclusion, while RCMs are a standard for ignition delay measurements, computational results indicate non-ideal behavior that could affect using a single reference value for fuel comparison.

CORE VALUES
BELIEFS&
02
Our Core Values & Beliefs booklet is an attempt to provide a brief summary
of who the Vineyard is and what we believe. Our Statement of Purpose is a
concise affirmation of why we exist. Our Core Values give meaning to all that
we do. They also drive our purpose, define what is central to us, position the
Vineyard in the larger body of Christ, and remove ambiguity in mission. You
can learn much more about our Core Values if you visit www.vineyardusa.org.
Our Statement of Faith provides the foundation for all that we are. The
Statement of Faith is based on the Bible. The Bible is our final authority in all
matters of faith and practice. However, since the Bible is a diverse collection
of narrative stories, poetry, law, and letters, it is helpful to summarize its
teaching in a concise form that can be comprehended by both those deeply
rooted in the church and those who have little exposure to the Bible. This is
the historical function that the ancient universal church creeds played in the
first four hundred years of Christ-centered faith.
It is also important for each community of faith to express these ancient
truths in its own language, and not merely adopt the language of another age
and culture. Every community of faith has two major obligations in regards to
its faith, namely absolute faithfulness to the Word of God, and sensitivity to
the world in which that community lives. This means that the Vineyard move-
ment must express the historical, biblical, orthodox Christian beliefs that we
hold in common with all Christians, and the particular doctrines that are our
distinctive voice, in terms that are relevant to 21st century Christians.
Our Statement of Faith is based on the conviction that the kingdom of God
is the central theological motif that gives definition to all that we believe. It
is a kingdom of God centered theology. This statement is our best current
understanding of the Bible from that kingdom perspective. Our prayer is that
God will bless our sincere attempt to be humble ambassadors of His rule and
reign, and to be a people that practice the presence of God and proclaim His
Gospel, so that His will may be done on Earth as it is in heaven.
For the greater glory of God and the well-being of people!

This document provides a summary of how faith comes through hearing and studying the word of God as revealed through the apostles and recorded in the New Testament. It discusses that:
1) Faith is produced by studying the written word of God as contained in the New Testament, as the apostles were guided by the Holy Spirit to reveal God's word.
2) The Holy Spirit guided the apostles to reveal God's word and speak it to others, which they recorded for all to study, and it is through studying this written word that one receives faith.
3) By studying and obeying the written word of God as contained in the New Testament, one is converted by the power of God and led by

This document provides doctrinal teachings from 2 Nephi 31-33 regarding the doctrine of Christ and faith in Jesus Christ. It discusses that the doctrine of Christ leads to eternal life, the words of Christ and the Holy Ghost teach us what to do, and those who believe in Jesus Christ will also believe the words of Nephi. It then expands on key aspects of the doctrine of Christ, including faith in Jesus Christ, repentance, baptism by immersion, and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost.

True Vine Church is led by Bishop Trevor D. Alexander and aims to empower people to fulfill their life's purpose through intimacy, identity, and authority in Christ. The church is committed to redeeming the lost through evangelism, restoring the redeemed through fellowship, equipping the restored through discipleship, and empowering the equipped through service. True Vine Church is affiliated with the Kingdom Council of Interdependent Christian Churches and Ministries and believes in meeting community needs through the skills and talents of individuals and the church community.
The document summarizes the Baptist Faith & Message, outlining several key beliefs:
1) The Scriptures are completely true and should be the basis for testing all human behavior and religious opinions.
2) God is described as the Creator, Redeemer, and Ruler of the universe, existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit with separate personal characteristics but of the same divine nature.
3) Salvation includes regeneration, justification, sanctification, and glorification, and is received only through personal faith in Jesus Christ.
The document provides information about Word of Faith Christian Center in Nashville, including a brief history, the purpose and vision of establishing spiritual connections, and an overview of the Spiritual Growth Institute discipleship program. The program includes classes to help participants grow in their relationship with God through teaching and two Bible study programs. The purpose of the center is to help people experience God, enjoy fellowship, esteem the word of God, be empowered for ministry, and embrace evangelism.
The document is a message from the coordinator of the 2016 Uyo Diocesan Youth Camp. It begins by welcoming the Archbishop and thanking various church leaders for their support. It then introduces the camp theme of "Chosen to Bear Fruit" from John 15:16. The message defines fruit, provides background on the biblical text, and outlines topics for discussion including what fruit is, how to bear fruit by abiding in Christ, and that fruit should remain. It emphasizes that God chooses believers and calls them to bear the fruits of righteousness, the Holy Spirit, praise, and more for His glory. The conclusion is that Christ wants fruit, not just works, as a freewill offering of love.
The Meyer family, consisting of Corre, Claudia, Hadassah and Soshanna, are missionaries with Baptist Missions to Forgotten Peoples who are traveling to Spain to preach the gospel. Their goals are to evangelize the lost, start churches, and train nationals in Madrid, where there is a growing population of agnostics and atheists. They have seen success in leading atheists and agnostics to Christ through their study of apologetics and are requesting prayers and financial support from the congregation.
The document is a summary of a sermon delivered at the Midway City Vietnamese Alliance Church English Worship Gathering on December 27, 2009. The sermon discusses practicing Jesus' life and why it can be difficult, focusing on the realities of sin and faith according to passages from 1 John. 3. Dear Pastor,
Thank you for your consideration of David and Michelle Wears as possible
missionaries to have visit your church. They will be a blessing and encouragement
to your people as they share their burden for the country of Portugal.
I have known both David and Michelle for eighteen years. David came to our
church as a teenager without the Lord. He soon accepted the Lord as His Savior.
After accepting Christ, David developed a great burden for souls. He is always
looking for opportunities to witness. His manner of caring for people personally
will be a great asset in Portugal where much of the evangelism is done on a one to
one basis.
David is presently serving our church doing a missionary internship. He has
been a real asset to the ministry. His willingness to do whatever needs to be done
shows his servant’s heart.
Michelle was raised in our church. She accepted the Lord as a young child. She
has shown a heart for people. Her love for the Lord and music that honors Him is
very evident. She will be a great asset to the ministry in Portugal.
I personally spent over four years as a missionary in Portugal. As a result of my
knowledge of this country, I believe that David and Michelle will do a great job of
reaching the Portuguese people for Christ. Our church considers it a great privilege
to be their sending church.
!
Because of His Grace,
Pastor Mark

5. Having served in Portugal as a church-planting
missionary for the past four years, I have trav-
eled through town after town without any Bible
preaching church. Thankfully, Dave and Michelle
Wears have seen this need and are answering
God’s call on their lives to be missionaries here.
I have known Dave and Michelle for more than
15 years, and I have seen God work in their lives
and prepare each of them for service here. Por-
tugal needs missionaries, like Dave and Michelle,
who are ready to devote their lives to serving the
Lord and proclaiming the gospel. Their abilities
in music, children and youth ministries, disciple-
ship, and evangelism will be of great use here. I
look forward to working with them and serving our
Savior together.
David Booth, Missionary
I am excited to recommend David and Michelle
Wears as missionaries to Portugal. David was
in the youth group when I was a youth pastor at
Calvary Baptist Church in Charlotte, Michigan.
He was one of the faithful, core-group teens that
made my ministry so enjoyable. David always had
a sincere love for God and for truth, and a desire
to communicate the Gospel to his friends. Michelle
was a faithful member of the church, and I always
appreciated her kind and friendly spirit. She was in
college most of the time that I served as youth pas-
tor, but I got to know her and her family quite well
during those years. I was happy to hear that David
and Michelle were married (several years after I left
Michigan) and rejoiced to see their continuing interest
in serving our Lord. I have great confidence that they
will be an effective team for evangelism and discipleship on the mission field.

6. 1. We believe in THE HOLY SCRIPTURE: We accept fully the writings of the Old and New
Testaments as the very Word of God, verbally inspired in all parts, and therefore, wholly
without error as originally given of God, altogether sufficient in themselves as our only
infallible and authoritative rule of faith and practice. (II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:19-21)
2. We believe that there is but ONE GOD WHO IS IN THREE PERSONS (the Trinity): Father, Son,
and Holy Spirit; that Their purposes are one and Their offices and actions are completely harmonious.
(I John 5:7; Genesis 1:1; I Corinthians 8:6)
3. We believe in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, the second person of the Trinity, the eternal Word and
only Begotten Son; that without any change in His divine Person, He became man by miracle of the
Virgin Birth; that as Man, He was tempted in all points as we are, yet without sin; that as the perfect
Lamb of God, He gave Himself in death upon the cross for us, suffering the full penalty of divine wrath
in our stead; that He arose bodily from the grave and was glorified; that as our great High Priest,
He ascended into Heaven, there to appear before the face of God as our Advocate and Intercessor.
(John 1:1-2; I John 5:20; Matthew 1:20; Luke 2:26-30; Romans 8:34; I John 2:1)
4. We believe in THE HOLY SPIRIT, the third person of the Trinity; that He convicts the world con-
cerning sin, righteousness, and judgment; that He regenerates, indwells, seals, and anoints all who
become children of God through Christ. He further empowers, guides,
teaches, sanctifies and fills believers who daily surrender to Him. All children of God are
baptized in the Holy Spirit at salvation. (II Corinthians 13:14; John 14:16-17; Romans 8:14-27; John
16:7-11)
5. We believe that ALL MEN ARE BY NATURE AND CHOICE SINFUL AND LOST; that man was the
direct creation of God, made in His image and likeness; that by personal disobedience to the revealed
will of God, man became a sinful creature, the father of a fallen race which is universally sinful in both
nature and practice. (Romans 3:23 , 5:12 ; Galatians 3:22)
6. We believe in SALVATION BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH. Salvation is the free gift of God, neither
merited nor secured in part or in whole by any virtue or work of man but received only by personal
faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Apart from Christ there is no possible salvation. (Ephesians 2:8,9; II
Corinthians 5:21, 7:9-10; Romans 6:23, 10:9-13)

7. sense, but as its proper evidence and fruit; and therefore as Christians, we should obey the Word of
our Lord, seek the things which are above, walk as He walked, and accept as our solemn responsibil-
ity the duty and privilege of bearing the gospel to a lost world. (Titus 2:11-14; Ephesians 2:10)
8. We believe in THE EXISTENCE OF SATAN, who originally was created a holy and perfect be-
ing, but through pride and wicked ambition, rebelled against God, thus becoming utterly depraved in
character, the great adversary of God and His people. He was defeated and judged at the cross, and
therefore, his final doom is certain. We are able to resist and
overcome him only by the blood of the Lamb, through the power of the Holy Spirit, and in the armor of
God. (Revelation 12:9-11; Ezekiel 28:14-17; Isaiah 14:12-15; Revelation 20:10)
9. We believe in THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST: that His return from Heaven is imminent and
will be personal, visible, pretribulational, and premillennial. (Acts 1:11;
I Thessalonians 4:13-17; Revelation 19:11-16, 20:6)
10. We believe in THE EVERLASTING CONSCIOUS BLESSEDNESS OF THE SAVED in Heaven
and THE EVERLASTING CONSCIOUS PUNISHMENT OF THE LOST in Hell. (John 14:1-6; I Thes-
salonians 4:14-17; II Corinthians 5:10; Philippians 3:20-21; Luke 16:19-31; Revelation 20:11-15; Mark
9:43-48)
11. We believe in THE PRIESTHOOD OF ALL BELIEVERS, that Christ is our Great High Priest and
through Him every born-again person has direct access into God’s presence without the need of a
human priest; that the believer has the right and responsibility to personally study and interpret the
Scriptures guided by the Holy Spirit. (I Peter 2:5,9)
12. We believe THAT JESUS CHRIST ALONE IS THE HEAD of the body of Christ, of which all true
believers of this age are members; that all members of this one spiritual body should assemble and
identify themselves in local churches. (Matthew 23:10; I Corinthians 11:3; Hebrews 10:25)
13. We believe in THE IMPORTANCE OF THE LOCAL CHURCH, that a New Testament church is a
local assembly of born-again, baptized believers united in an organization to practice New Testament
ordinances; to meet together for worship, prayer, fellowship, teaching, and a united testimony; and to
actively engage in carrying out the Great Commission. (Acts 2:41 , 4:32; Matthew 26:26-30, 28:19-20)
14. We believe in THE INDEPENDENCE AND AUTONOMY OF THE LOCAL CHURCH, that each
New Testament church is free to govern itself without ecclesiastical interference, and should cooper-
ate with other New Testament churches as the Holy Spirit leads; that it is responsible to follow the pat-
tern of the New Testament church and is directly accountable to God. (Acts 6:1-6; Galatians 1:1-2)
15. We believe THE ORDINANCES GIVEN TO THE LOCAL CHURCH ARE TWO — BAPTISM AND
THE LORD’S SUPPER, that baptism is by immersion of believers, thus portraying the death, burial,
and resurrection of Jesus Christ; that the Lord’s Supper is the partaking of the bread and cup by the
believers as a continuing memorial of the broken body and shed blood of Christ. (Matthew 3:13-17,
26:26-30, 28:19-20; Acts 2:41; I Corinthians 11:23-32)
