The student describes their neighbor Mrs. Funnell. She laughs with Miss Watt and resembles an old lady seen on TV or in movies with sagging skin. The student's grandmother is also old and lives in Samoa at age 80. One day the student saw Mrs. Funnell walking past their house and called out to their mother to point her out on the way to school.

Opening Statement
Mrs Funnell and Miss Watt laugh at
each other. She looks like the lady on
the news. Sometimes she is funny.
Sometimes Mrs Funnell looks like the
old lady on the movies with the skin
coming down on her face. My grandma
is old and she lives in Samoa. She is 80
years old.
One day Mrs Funnell was walking past
my house.I called out, “Mum, Mum.
There is Mrs Funnell. She is walking to
school!”
