Job description and main responsibilities:
Getting the planes schedule of the day (number & time of arrival and
departure for the planes that will arrive or depart in that day).
Preparing weekly information about type of each aircraft we will work on
(whether it Boeing, airbus, etc.) that’s to determine the quantity and type
of items that planned to be supplied and load on board for each flight.
Getting number of passengers that reserved seats on each flight (from the
reservation department).
Print flight plans for each flight.

Forwarding all previous information to next level departments like
storehouse, catering officers & operation officers to start prepare each
documents needed to start working and to start prepare weekly needed
items and information for each flight that for all my team who works under
my supervision and assigning tasks of work between them to do the next:
* Receiving and checking the following:
1- Meals for each flight from the kitchen including special meals.
2- Sales, entertainment and safety items which planed to deliver for
each flight.
* Receiving planes that arrived and unload all used items and ensure good
implementation and condition of all Galleys specification.
* Load all mentioned items on board according to the aircraft stowing plan.
* After loading all mentioned items deliver it to the new cabin crew witch will
fly for a new flight.
* After each flight we must get the cabin crew flight reports and gathering
information about passenger’s opinions about the quality of our catering and
other services then give them to our managers with our suggestions to
improve all of our services.
* At the end of each month send all flights documents like a number of all
flights we serve and type of services we did to each flight with crew and
passengers opinion including an important suggestions from me in a separate
report to IFS - Egypt air head office with my suggestions to improve all
company operations at our station for in-flight services
