Vores CEO1Month er fundet
Tillykke til Michelle Dyrby!
Der var udskrevet valg i mere end én forstand da vi i går skulle vælge vores CEO1Month.
3 knivskarpe kandidater mødte op på hovedkontoret på Falkoner Alle 1, Frederiksberg for at
performe 110% og vise os hvorfor lige præcis netop de skulle væres vores CEO1Month!
Kandidaterne var – Kenneth Ullehus, Morten Skårup Sponholtz & Michelle Dyrby!
Alle 3 kandidater var højt motiveret, kvalificeret og ikke mindst klar til at tage det ansvar der følger
som CEO1Month!
Formiddagen stod på rotationsopgaver – 3 af slagsen. Her blev kandidaterne
testet individuelt og der blev tænkt tanker. Det var både på det strategiske
plan, logiske og der blev testet på paratviden og evnen til at kombinere.
Eftermiddagen stod også i konkurrencens tegn. Der blev bowlet og
spredningen var stor i feltet hvilket jo ikke huede alle deltagerne.
Konkurrencegenet kom klart til udtryk hos alle.
Efter en god frokost hvor der var mulighed for at de 3 kandidater
kunne netværke lidt stod eftermiddagen på samarbejde i form af
en gruppeopgave.
Der var utroligt stort samarbejde blandt de 3 kandidater trods det
konkurrencemæssige aspekt.
Til tider også intenst.
Der blev tænkt store tanker – innovative – og der var klart tanker
som vi i Adecco kunne tage til eftertanke.
Efter fremlæggelsen af gruppeopgaven var det tid til at få den
endelige besked. Alle fik nogle konstruktive ord med sig på vejen
omkring hele forløbet fra første samtale og til nu.
Michelle Dyrby tiltræder sin stilling 27. Juli og vil arbejde for
Adecco 1 måned frem.
