#9 Avoids technical jargin and aims for the quickest route to singing success.
#10 One thing I really liked about this book is how in the intro it explains how everyone can sing. You don’t need to be elvis presely to sing. How singing works: both physically and biologically.
#11 Explains how to take care of your voice. Which a lot of choirs don’t do. Personally I was not in choir until university and mun choir conductors never mentioned how to take care of your voice. But rather helped you produce a better sound.
#12 Even touches on good rehearsal space, physical fitness, adequate hydration, signs of trouble, bad things for your voice.
