KineticFuture: Leadership Communications Coaching

  Voice Matters
75% of your impact in a presentation is physical, 20% is voice and 10% is the actual words you
  use.

Drink water and rest to protect your voice ahead of the presentation.

If you drink water just before you present or even during, it will help you relax your throat and stop
you squeaking with nerves. (It can also stop you crying! But hopefully that won't be a problem.)

Try taking two Roche Redoxen vitamin C fizzy drink capsules if you have a heavy cold - it can
work to stop you 'dripping' for a couple of hours if you take it close to the presentation. (We're not
on commission from Roche but it really can work)
