Enchong Dee is a Filipino actor, model, and former competitive swimmer. He is currently under contract with ABS-CBN's talent management agency Star Magic. Some of his most notable acting roles include Jojo Wenceslao in the TV series Katorse and Luis in Maria Del Barrio. He was born in Naga City, Camarines Sur and has two brothers who are also actors. Партизанский маркетинг третьего поколения
Русская мысль по своей природе — обдумывание свершившегося факта. Все ищут выход — что делать с тем, что уже случилось, и, как правило, не находят его.
Старые приемы маркетинга не действуют. Доказывать пока не буду, а лишь отмечу совпадение мнений и работающих специалистов, и преподавателей: не работает!
Я исхожу из того, что в сфере маркетинга нужно искать как раз не выход, а вход, то есть метод, который позволит в нынешней ситуации войти в новое пространство маркетинга.
Альтернатива — это, например, партизанский маркетинг третьего поколения.
Конкурентный анализ в электронной коммерции
Маркетинг должен заниматься именно маркетинговыми исследованиями конкурентов.
Поскольку маркетинг очень широкое поле, то инструменты анализа конкурентов сильно зависят от отрасли, разнятся на B2B и B2C, а в интернет-сфере банально устаревают или пропадают в течение нескольких лет. Поэтому в конкурентном анализе не рекомендуется опираться на какие-нибудь книги. Но каждый раз, когда по работе стоит реальная задача анализа конкурентов Интернете, приходится по новой подбирать инструментарий и вообще «изобретать велосипед».
Что нужно знать маркетологу о конкурентах?
Откуда они берут трафик, какой у них уровень цен, сколько у них реально заказов, какая конверсия сайта, как они добиваются высоких позиций в поисковой выдаче, какая у них тактика контекстной рекламы, какая их реклама вообще работает.
Если конкуренция высокая и магазины большие, то еще желательно знать, что говорят о конкурентах, как они работают с отзывами, как реагируют на свои "косяки".
Рассмотрены:
Анализ количества заказов у конкурентов.
Поведение конкурентов в Яндекс.Маркете.
Поведение конкурентов в контекстной рекламе.
Действия и репутация конкурентов в социальных сетях.
Отзывы покупателей на магазины конкурентов. Разбор полетов с анализом отзывов на примере www.imobzor.ru.
Мониторинг оптимизации. По каким запросам сайт конкурента действительно виден в поисковиках. Какова его формула успеха (ссылочный профиль и др.).
Статистические инструменты: Как определить статистику, даже если она закрыта.
Сервис сертификации интернет-магазинов и знак доверия "Надежная покупка" / Tr...
