Michael W. Knox Jr. is an American autoworker and senior at the University of Kentucky. He was born in Detroit in 1975 and enlisted in the Army in 2000, graduating from the U.S. Army Chemical Operations Course at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. After serving as an Equal Opportunity Adviser overseeing training and policy compliance for over 4,000 soldiers, he was discharged from the Army and now works for Toyota Manufacturing in Kentucky while finishing his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky.
