8. A Nutritious Lunch of Shiro and Injera is Being Served.
Injera is a sourdough risen flatbread with a slightly spongy texture
traditionally made of teff flour. It is the national dish of Ethiopia.

11. This School Has Something Very Special. A Caring Lady Wanted The Children To
Have Milk SO She Arranged For The School To Have Its Own Dairy Herd!
