Injera Is Being Placed On Individual Serving Dishes
A Nutritious Lunch of Shiro and Injera is Being Served.
Injera is a sourdough risen flatbread with a slightly spongy texture
traditionally made of teff flour. It is the national dish of Ethiopia.

Have Milk SO She Arranged For The School To Have Its Own Dairy Herd!
Fresh Milk Is Boiled Daily For The School Children.
