The VIP7802 is CommScope's next generation IP set-top box that supports 4K Ultra HD resolution and HDR formats like HDR10 and Dolby Vision. It features a powerful quad-core CPU and GPU along with dual-band Wi-Fi 6 for high-quality video streaming. The set-top box supports various video codecs including HEVC, AV1, and MPEG-4 and can decode and encode 4K video at 60 frames per second. It is compatible with software platforms such as Android TV and RDK to enable new services for providers and their customers.
