Project in M.Tech : Bismuth Based Piezoelectric Material For Transducer Application.
Description: Lead based piezoelectric materials having very high piezoelectric coefficient, high
remnant polarization and low coercive field but these materials are hazardous to health and
environment and they are banned in European countries. Bismuth based materials shows good
piezoelectric property; therefore we are further trying to enhance its piezoelectric property by
doping it with “Rare Earth Materials”.
Project in B.Tech : Microcontroller based programmable 4-digit code lock system in year2011-
12(Home security system).
Worked on system design based on microcontroller 8051 (and family).
PWM controller of DC motor using c &c++.
