Mr. Rodgers, has over fifteen years of experience in quality management, process
improvement / optimization, and operating systems development. During his previous
tenure at The Cleveland Clinic and Kaiser Permanente he was involved in a large number
of quality initiatives including improvements to hospital and support processes
(Operational and Back Office financial) processes required for the Joint Commission
certification. As a member of IHI (Institute for Healthcare Improvement) he has been a
participant, developer, and mentor on a number of programs including - WHO Surgical
Safety Checklist, The Improvement Map for Healthcare, The 5 Million Lives Campaign.
He has been a contributor to the UK’s NHS Productive Ward Operating System /
