12. Falcon-i Temperature Sensing
Temperature sensing is achieved by following:
• A temperature sensor say a thermistor is connected
to a multiplexer available in the feature board.
• The firmware selects the Temperature sensor using
the multiplexer by toggling some GPIO’s.
• The firmware in the ADC polls the secondary ADC
available in the feature board. The input of that is
connected to the temperature sensor.
• The Main F/W then sends these data across during
its regular update.
• The server then compares these values with its
predefined one to display the temperature level
inside the vehicle

The routes are created with a start off ETA between Stops. This is
used as initial reference. The ETAs will be based on the following
parameters
• Days of the week
• Holidays
Once the route are being run by the different vehicle the actual ETAs are collected for the
various trips and an median model is developed in the software to consider other parameter
that the user has not keyed in like, change in traffic scenario.
Based on these parameters a learning model/curve is developed that calculate the ETA,
efficiency of the trip being run and the other patters like driving behavior, bus efficiency etc.
