Currently, he is the Unit Head at Malladi Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since May 2013. Prior to his current role, he held various leadership positions at several major pharmaceutical companies in India, managing manufacturing facilities and overseeing operations. He has expertise in areas such as technology transfer, process development, quality compliance, and cost optimization. He has travelled extensively within India and internationally for his work.

Earlier, Commissioned the prestigious Pen-G Project under technology Transfer by M/s CIPAN, the
European Collaborator.
Was the pioneer member of the Shasun Drugs Research Centre’s Pilot Plant which was not only supplying
anaesthetic and anti-viral APIs for Eli-Lilly but also blossomed as a major CRAMs unit.
Was the first Head of Technical Services Cell which formulated ways and means of Cost reduction

Set up an exclusive Plant for DMF Filing wherein all the Macrolides and other category molecules were
validated for various customers. This unit was audited repeatedly by M/s Pfizer and Teva India for supply of
the key Starting intermediate, Oxime.
