3. Tell me about your proudest
accomplishment.
So far, my proudest accomplishment was when I was able to finish my studies
while working, as well as when we bought our own dream house. At a young
age, I really worked hard and had big dreams for myself and my family.
Motivation and Values 3
4. Describe a time when you saw some problem and
took the initiative to correct it rather than waiting for
someone else to do it.
5. It was the time when they were asking who will create a
grade since the school was just starting and had limited
resources and manpower, so I leapt and offered my help to do
it. Now, I am proud to say that we are officially using it, which
I am proud of.
Motivation and Values 5
6. Tell me about a time when you worked under close
supervision or extremely loose supervision. How did you
handle that?
Motivation and Values 6
• Whenever our school principal take a leave and no one else can handle
concerns of other student, she let me do it for her. She will just inform
me ahead of time and do the necessary actions needed. It’s a great
chance for me to prove that I could do the assigned task flawlessly
even without their supervision.
7. Give me an example of a time you were able to be creative with
your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Motivation and Values 7
• It’s a bit exciting, but at the same time, it is difficult. I’m afraid to be rejected
and to waste my time and effort. Everyone else must have felt the same, but it’s
different on my end. I overthink most of the time. I sometimes felt embarrassed
about the future result. Now, I’m trying to overcome it, and hopefully soon I’ll
be mature enough to face these instances that I might encounter in the future.
9. Tell me about a time you were dissatisfied in your
work. What could have been done to make it better?
Presentation title 9
It was the time I was assigned as the host of an event. I
wasn’t expecting that I'd be working alone for the entire
program. No one is guiding me; in fact, the event chairman
must be the one giving me instructions. What happened,
other people here was giving instructions which I don’t who
to follow. As far as I am concerned, I am only hosting the
event. Moving forward, I always ask them what’s my specific
role so that I can prepare and set expectations before hand.
10. Thank you
