Valentine's Day is celebrated in India on February 14th each year, though some oppose this Western holiday as pollution of Indian culture. Those who celebrate may exchange gifts like flowers, cards, chocolate or have a romantic dinner. Some also write love poetry to express their feelings. However, there is a counter-movement against Valentine's Day by those who see it as foreign influence undermining Indian values and traditions.

think the day antivalentines that they are the
persons which are in opposition to in Valentine's Day
because they consider it to be a pollution for the
Indian culture.

In india, every time there are mas the persons who
decide to work out and to make something special in
the St Valentine's Day and some traditional gifts to
be given: the flowers, cards or love letters, a
romantic dinner, or the most common thing,
chocolate.
