Valentine's Day is a day when people express love for their significant others by sending cards, presents, and flowers anonymously or not. It has traditions of messaging love in newspapers and using symbols like hearts, doves and Cupid. Most recently, handwritten cards have been replaced with mass-produced store-bought greeting cards sent to loved ones.
