Vaatsalya Healthcare Solutions proposes developing a communication and learning application for people with cerebral palsy. The application would have five levels to help users learn words, letters, communicate through pictures and icons, and construct sentences. It would be portable across devices and include speech synthesis in Indian languages to help users learn and communicate effectively.
