Avaz, from Invention Labs, is India's first Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) device. Put simply, it helps people with speech disabilities to speak. Avaz is the winner of the National Award for Empowerment of People with Disabilities, 2010. We were also named "Innovator of the Year 2011" by MIT Tech Review in 2011 for Avaz.
