And then we look at the operational expense. When IDC spoke to these customers and looked at how their cost structure has changed after they have deployed VMware View, we saw the biggest impact View had for these customers were in terms of admin to user ratio. After these customers have deployed VMware View, they were able to increase their admin to user ratio from 1:200 to 1:400. As a result, cost per user came down significantly. In the secondary IT functions such as install, config, and deploy category, we also saw that the same customers reported less amount of time spent in supporting users on annual basis. So that also brought down their cost per user to $25 right there. And then finally on the helpdesk side, because of the standardization and because of the stability of image, the total number of support calls is reduced significantly. As a result, the amount of time spent on helpdesk in supporting the users as well as the desk-side support for these users came down significantly. As a result, these customers reported on average a cost per user to be about approximately $90 on the helpdesk category. So when we add up all these different cost elements and their operational expense, we see that after these customers deployed VMware View the annual cost per user was roughly $290. It came down significantly from $620 to $290 after they have deployed VMware View.
