Η συγκεκριμένη παρουσίαση υποστήριξε την ομώνυμη εκπαιδευτική διάλεξη, η οποία πραγματοποιήθηκε 4 Απριλίου 2016 στις εγκαταστάσεις του Κέντρου Βιώσιμης Επιχειρηματικότητας 'Εξέλιξη' του Ομίλου Τράπεζας Πειραιώς.
Η διάλεξη είχε ως στόχο να παρουσιάσει τα βασικά για τον τρόπο σχεδιασμού ενός website, από τον καθορισμό των business requirements μέχρι και την υλοποίηση.
Περιεχόμενο της υπήρξαν οι εξής βασικές ενότητες:
1) User Experience (UX) και γιατί έχει σημασία.
2) Οι βασικές project management τεχνικές.
3) Τα κυριότερα UX παραδοτέα (deliverables), όπως: design brief, experience map (customer journey), personas, site map, σκίτσα, wireframes και τελικά mockups.
4) Εργαλεία και τεχνικές για UX Design.
