Jake opened a house model in a 3D modeling program, created a new appropriately named UV map, then took a screenshot of the UV texture to import into Photoshop. In Photoshop, Jake cropped the screenshot and imported the correct texture images, moving and resizing them to the correct places on the UV map. Jake then saved the textured UV map as a JPEG and imported the house model into a layout before applying the UV map as a texture in the surface editor, which rendered the textured house model.
