used social media sites for recruiting.
For technical recruiters, Google+ has
emerged as one of the sites with the
highest potential.
Conclusion
 While Facebook has more users than
Google+ at present, the concentration of
technology experts on Google+ tends to be
higher. Experts have attributed this trend to
the search engine optimization (SEO)
potential offered by the Google-owned site,
as well as the established presence on the
site of tech industry leaders. Recruiters can
find these professionals using tools such as
FindPeopleOnPlus.com, which allows users
to search for individuals by target industry.
Recruiters can also establish a presence on
the site themselves, which enables them to
host hangouts and establish a following that
will draw appropriate talent.
