This document provides assembly instructions for a Japan Airlines Boeing 767-300ER model airplane. It outlines 7 steps for assembly: 1. Engine assembly, requiring gluing left and right engine parts. 2. Fuselage assembly, requiring adding ballast weights to the front for balance. 3. Main gear installation, requiring precise gluing of small parts. 4. Nose gear installation, requiring careful cutting and gluing of small parts. 5. Combining previously assembled parts and horizontal stabilizers onto the fuselage.

Assembly method
You need prepare adhesive and nippers for
assembly. You need prepare water and dry
towel for stick seal. If you want to paint, you
need paints.

You cut D9~D15 parts. D9, D10, D12 and D13 is right
engine parts. D9, D11, D14 and D15 is left engine
parts. You assemble those parts with the use of
adhesive.

A weight is put on the front to put gravity at the front.
A weight is that C5 is insert screw BALLAST PARTS.
This step is big parts of all step. But, The place where
glue is put is small.

3. Step 3 Main Gear
Installation
This Step is made very small parts. D3(D4) will be
put on other parts. C7(C6) is D3(D4)’s outside and
D5(D6) is D3(D4)’s inside. When glue isn't put
tightly, it comes off. So, It is need to put glue
tightly.

Step 4 Nose Gear
Installation
First, you will cut C8 and D8.
Because a part is small,
please be careful.
Next, attach 2 of D8(tire) to C8.

4. Step 5 How to make shuttlecock
First, you cuts parts C1, C2, D1 and D2.
And then C1 and D2 join, C2 and D1 join.
Second, you cuts parts C3 and C4.
