N-300, Application to File Declaration of Intention

N-336, Request for a Hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceedings
This form may be filed, if you request a hearing before an Immigration officer on an
unfavorable judgment related to your Naturalization application. To request for a hearing, you
must file your request with the USCIS, within 30 days from the date of receiving the decision.
N-644, Application for Posthumous Citizenship
United States grants citizenship for non US citizens who die as a result of an injury caused
due to active duty with the armed forces of the United States. Eligible dependents of the
deceased veteran such as parents, spouse, children and siblings may apply for posthumous
citizenship by filing Form N-644. In order to apply for posthumous citizenship the application
must be filed within two years, from the death of the veteran.
