2. Mixed interaction patterns
Interaction patterns in the app are confusing. Part of it is because we
are using certain iOS patterns in an android build and mixing the
interaction patterns. Somewhere the action button is a button and in
other places its a top right corner icon. This is showing up as a problem
in 2 places
- Health Tracker Settings
- Booking Appointment

3. Settings Tray
It has been observed that the settings tray feels like its the tracker tray for entering
values. Especially in the Weight tracker. We should address this problem in the
development state itself.
- Rename the Main Menu item as ‘Health Tracker Settings’
- Add intro text above the tracker tray settings - “Health Tracker Settings - Pick a
Tracker”. This should be readable and bolder.
- Add intro text above the settings screen - “Track your <Weight> Goal”
- Add a button below the screen to save the settings.

10. Book Appointment
Book Appointment flow the picking of date and time is non-intuitive for android
users. Only iPhone pros will be able to progress on the book appointment process if
we keep the button on top as the next button.
- Clicking on the date should start the procedure to fetch the time for that date
- The loading animation should confirm the date that the user has picked
- The timings page should work in a similar manner.
Also the color coding of hospitals is not apparent at all. Hospitals as we have seen
will only be multiple for less than 5% of cases, so its not a pattern that can be built
over time. Doctors who sit in multiple hospitals generally are senior doctors with
larger revenue capability so we need to take care of these in an intuitive manner.
