The income levels mentioned in the following presentation are for
illustration purposes only. They are not intended to represent the income
of a typical Market America Independent Distributor, nor are they intended
to represent that any given Independent Distributor will earn income in
that amount.

The success of any Market America Independent Distributor will depend
upon the amount of hard work, talent, and dedication which he or she
devotes to building his or her Market America Business.

Canadian and Mexican Distributors, if making an earnings claim, must
disclose the earnings of a typical Independent Distributor. Canadian
Distributors please refer to the end of the printed presentation of the
UnFranchise® Management System to see the Canadian Income
Disclosure Chart. Canadian and Mexican Independent Distributors should
convert references of currency to Canadian dollars or Mexican Pesos
based on the Distributor's location. Canadian and Mexican Independent
Distributors commissions are converted weekly from U.S. dollars to their
country currency. The conversion rate is the exchange rate published by
the Wall Street Journal immediately preceding the commission process
for each week (typically the Tuesday of the week that commission check
is paid).
BV & IBV commissions are calculated weekly

                              5,000 5,000
                              3,600 3,600
                              2,400 2,400
                              1,200 1,200

1,200 total BV from your left and right = $300 1,200 total IBV from your left and right = $300
2,400 total BV from your left and right = $300 2,400 total IBV from your left and right = $300
3,600 total BV from your left and right = $300 3,600 total IBV from your left and right = $300
5,000 total BV from your left and right = $600 5,000 total IBV from your left and right = $600
5,000 5,000
               3,600 3,600
               2,400 2,400
               1,200 1,200

As your organization grows, the frequency of commissions
earned increases until it occurs weekly.
Example: You have an order of 400 BV to place

400 BV

*BV can be placed in BDC’s of individuals that you have personally sponsored
Every time you and any BDC in your left sales organization
plus any BDC in your right sales organization completes the
BV commission cycle in the same week, you receive a
                management bonus of $600.
Leverage your efforts

Twice the work for three times the pay
             Annual earnings potential: $561,600

Editor's Notes

  1. Welcome! My name is Julia Prange Wallerce, and I’m so pleased to be here with you all tell you about a business called Market America/Shop.com. First, to tell you a little about myself, I’m a Norcal native who found my way to Boston eight years ago through work, love and grad school- yes in that order- and I currently live in Somerville and work at a non-profit supporting community development throughout the country. I’m also an UnFranchise owner with Shop.com and have been for the past X months. My husband and I began evaluating MA/Shop.com after a well-trusted friend suggested we look into it and because we had just bought our first house and were getting ready to start a family. We both loved and still do love our jobs, but did not feel as financially stable as we would have liked and were also facing a double load of student loan debt in addition to our new mortgage. We saw the presentation that I’m about to show you several times and then decided that this was an opportunity simply too good to pass up and that we would simply give it a try for a year. Now, just X months into it, we know it is an endeavor that we have only just begun to run with!
  2. But enough about me. Let’s talk about what MA/Shopc.om is. Simply put, we are a huge ultimate online shopping destination, for both products and services. As you see here we are a product brokerage company, meaning we don’t actually make anything- we are a middle man between the manufacturers and the people, and make our connections not through advertising, but through one-to-one marketing and social shopping. Now, what is social shopping? Now, what is social shopping? It’s the same thing as word of mouth marketing. People trust their peer recommendations more than any advertisement or TV commercial- look at what Yelp is doing on the internet- people are literally able to make decisions on products and services based on the reviews of others online. That’s exactly the strategy behind Market America/Shop.com. Word of mouth marketing has always been and will always be the most powerful form of advertising. So when a customer visits our site, they are able to compare and competitively shop at close to 4,000 retail partner stores- Target, Best Buy, Travelocity, Macy’s- you name it, we’ve got it. And the benefit of shopping at Macy’s through Shop.com rather than directly through Macys.com, is that YOU GET PAID. And that is ultimately what differentiates us from the competition of say, Amazon.com. For free, individuals can register through our site with their basic information and begin earning 2-50% cash back on everything they buy at stores they are already buying from-. We also pay on referrals- so people can register their friends and family and earn a half percent on everything the buy, forever. There is NO LIMIT to how much cash back a customer can earn and a customer is never obligated to buy anything. CLICK Our mission is simply to provide a system for entrepreneurs to create an ongoing income, while providing customers worldwide with a better way to shop. Through revolutionary technology and the power of people, we are creating the economy of the future. We are like Amazon in that we are a product brokerage company, meaning we do not actually make anything. But what we have that Amazon doesn’t is people power. When someone goes shopping at Amazon, the only people making money are the CEO and shareholders. When someone goes shopping at Shop.com it is the UnFranchise owners and shop consultants like my husband and me that are making a percentage of everythign that moves through the internet- trust me, that’s a LOT. Now for a little history of the company- this is our headquarters in Greensboro, NC. So if you want meet the folks who build and continue to drive this business, this is where you want to go. We were founded in 1992, and why that’s important to know is that we are not a baby company. In fact, we just celebrated our 20 th anniversary and the same family who started MA out their garage in 1992 are still at the helm today.
  3. Emphasize diversity of success, all ages, all races, married, single, different careers, people start at all different ages- follow our 2-3 year plan and are way ahead of the game before reaching retiring age- retired people do this too!
  4. This is one of my favorite parts of the presentation because it really put into perspective the WHY in the importance of this business. The figure I’m about to show you is not based on Shop.com stats, but publically availably data from the social security bureau. So, for every 100 people who should have reached the age of 65 and who have been working the 45 year plan- you know, where you work for a company, pay taxes, pay into a 401k or pension if you’re lucky- (CLICK) 1% are wealthy. These people you know on a first name basis like Tiger, Oprah, Brad and Angelina. CLICK 4% are financially fit- When they say financially fit, they aren’t referring to your typical business owner. They are referring to someone who owns multiple strip malls, franchises, an individual who can essentially stop working today and continue to make their 6-figure income from now until the time they pass on. CLICK 5% are still working- think about how many times you’ve seen an elderly person bagging your groceries or greeting you at the door- they’re not there because they want to be they’re there because they have to be. CLICK 28% people are dead. And CLICK 62% are flat broke, living off of friends, family and the government. I mean, that’s shocking- and embarrassing, that in one of the richest countries in the world, we are failing at our own 45 year plan. Baby boomers aren’t asking themselves when they are going to retire, they’re asking themselves WHEN they’re going to retire. At the same time, college students are graduating under mountains of debt and having a hard time finding jobs in the fields where they just spent all that money getting educated. Of course, we also have social crises like housing foreclosure, unemployment, and a growing gap between the rich and the poor, with an even smaller middle class. All of these problems, and the point of showing this slide is to show that the top 5% in our country have the same 24 hours in the day that we do. Sure, some of them were just born that way, but difference for most is that they have created something called leverage. In this country, in order to have leverage you have to have a lot of money working for you to make money off your money or a lot of people working for you to make money off of all their efforts. A very successful business man once said “I’d rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 people than 100% of my own efforts”- and it works that way because of leverage. I Of the 5 percent that sness owner- ucceed, 3 out of 4 do so by owning their own business What are the risks? - Large start-up costs - High overhead costs - Give up the security of present job/income - The possibility of failure - Even if you succeed, you are stuck! Facts: Majority of people live paycheck to paycheck Most have enormous credit card debt Few people are able to save for the future Almost everyone worries about job security Record number of home foreclosures Record number of people filing for bankruptcy People Need A Better Way!
  5. YOUR OPTIONS TO EARN ADDITIONAL INCOME: Work more hours • Get a second job • Own your own business • Franchise • Investments • Inheritance • Go back to school • Lottery J.O.B. – Trading time for money (fixed income, boredom, repetition, growth limitations) What are your options? Working more hours A second job Own your own business (i.e., franchise, MLM/Network Marketing, mom & pop, consulting business) Investments (i.e., real estate, stocks) Inheritance Going back to school Lottery Of the 5 percent that succeed, 3 out of 4 do so by owning their own business What are the risks? Large start-up costs High overhead costs Give up the security of present job/income The possibility of failure Even if you succeed, you are stuck!
  6. What our pres and CEO wanted to do was create a plan for the average person to make it realistically into the top 5%. This is NOT a get rich quick business. This is a 2-3 year plan for individuals to weave this business into what they are already doing, 10-12 hours per week. Individuals can earn between $300 and $3600 per week, per BDC. At the same time, they are able to earn 100% on the volume of everything that is moving through their web portal. Now, how is that possible you may be thinking? How can the company afford to pay 100% of sales to all individuals in the business? Simple- because the incomes are capped- that is, the income on each BDC is capped at 3600/week. You can own as many BDC’s as you want, so by no means are you limited to that measly 3600/week- but the income on each BDC is in fact capped. That’s huge- have you ever heard of a business that caps the income on its own CEO- ‘cause that’s essentially what each UnFranchise owner is, a CEO if his/her own BDC- well there isn’t one! This is a unique business concept that is precisely why the company is able to pay 100% of volume to everyone in the business- no levels, no pyramid, no antiquated pay structure- and I’ll show you how that works graphically late
  7. The other way is through time leveraging- duplicating and developing 2 sales and distribution organizations. I like to use the analogy of Coca Cola- CC puts a vending machine in a school building- is CC making millions off of that vending machine? No! However, CC has put thousands of vending machines in different places all over the world and they are all moving a little bit of product, on a mass scale. This company functions the same way- we have UnFranchise owners like myself all over the world who together represent a lot of people doing a little bit, and getting paid 100% on everyone else’s small efforts. Does that make sense?
  8. Now, I’m goiNow, I’m going to walk you through the two floors of our “mall without walls”- remember we are a product brokerage company, so we don’t make anything- all we do is identify the latest market driven products and connect them to the people who are looking to buy them. Since we are internet based, we don’t rely on any single sale or service. If it’s hot, we’re there, if it’s not, we’re on to the next. We have access to multibillion dollar markets on both floors of our mall. The first floor is our own product brokerage division where we offer exclusive products found only through Market America. The second floor is for our partner stores, the ones you might also find at the mall downtown but that you can get paid cash back to shop through on our site. ng to walk you through the two floors of our “mall without walls”- remember we are a product brokerage company, so we don’t make anything- all we do is identify the latest market driven products and connect them to the people who are looking to buy them.
