 Offered to load luggage on bell cart, tag vehicle for valet, show them to front desk
 Escorted guest to their room, showed them how everything worked, talked about our property and
surrounding properties in the village, answered any guest questions
 Parked and retrieved guest vehicles quickly and carefully from parking garage
 Performed concierge duties while at front desk: phone calls, guest requests, etc.
