Unilever Factory Pakistan dismissed the author five years ago at gunpoint. When the factory hired 125 new recruits, the author applied but was not selected despite two recruits, Shafi-ur-Rehman and Amir Fareed, having fake certificates and being medically unfit. Both recruits were terminated within a few months for their fake certificates. Now the factory wants to rehire Amir Fareed without advertising the position, which is unjust and unlawful, while long-time workers deserve a chance instead. The author asks for justice in the hiring process.
