Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (UN-OHRLLS), I
have the pleasure of informing you that your accreditation has been verified and you are eligible to
attend the LDC IV Global Civil Society Forum as a representative of your organization.
The Forum will be held from 7 - 13 May 2011 in Istanbul, Turkey. In addition, your
accreditation enables you to attend the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed
Countries to be held from 9 – 13 May 2011 in Istanbul, Turkey.
Please use this letter to support your application for a visa for entry into Turkey through your
Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your country, if necessary. Visas will be provided free of charge.
Should your home country NOT have Turkish representation, special visa-on-arrival
arrangements will be made, but please note that should your country have Turkish representation, it
is your responsibility to obtain a visa. Where a visa is required, applicants are strongly advised to
apply as early as possible.
