Muitos empreendedores com personalidade tipo A - uma personalidade predominante na gestão em Portugal, querem as coisas feitas na hora, e bem feitas, pensando que só eles é que têm capacidade para o fazer, deixando-os a trabalhar muitas horas e cheios de stress.
