1. Ultrasonic Vibrating screen Manual
First of all, thanks for years of trust and support.
To achieve better cooperation and avoid unnecessary troubles, please follow manul
strictly:
Vibrating screen Part
1、Remove transportation FIXING RODS before test running.
2、Fix rubber legs first, install the machine in a flat place, make sure the base
mounted stably.
3、Check whether the power is 380V before power-on, overload-open-phase protection
device is
required for air switch. Reliable grounding is a MUST.
4、Check whether the motor running direction is correct as indicated after START.
5、Hard connection is prohibited to the inlet and outlet. If flexible connection
needed, please keep
a space over 80-100mm.
6、Check whether rubber rings get worn, replace them if any.
7 、Never use metal object to knock clamp rings during installation but the rubber
hammer
provided by us, Clean clamp bolts when dismount them.
8、Pull the mesh cloth all around equably, align the surface tight. Alignment kits
produced by us is
highly suggested.
9、Don’t often dismount the converter to achieve a long service life. Protect the
connecting pipe
and plug. Any knock or gravity strike onto the converter are prohibited.
10 、The ultrasonic generator should be placed in a special control cabinet to avoid
powder
pollution at work site.
11、Wrap the converter with a clean polybag to prevent dust pollution, esp. Conductive
powder,
blow dust out of the converter with high pressure air or a pump when mounting.
12、Don’t connect the two leads between the generator and converter inversely,
otherwise, the
converter will be charged.
13、Damage caused by violations of the manual, the user would bear service and repair
charge
occurred.
14、Adjust the phase angle between top and bottom weights as per materials flow
pattern on screen
surface. Lock screw nuts on both weights tightly.
15、The motor needs Greasing after 720 hours running(Please use Shell RL3 Lubricant);
Clean the
motor bearing every half year if it is a sealed motor.

2. 16、Checking all mounting screw bolts and lubricating system is a MUST after every
one-month
running.
17、Check whether there is abnormal situations, noise, temperature rises too high,
stop and do
service without delay if any.
18、During warranty period, If there are abnormal situations on the motor, please
contact our
customer service dept. Promptly, Don’t dismount by yourself, otherwise the
guaranteed repair is
not applicable.
二、Ultrasonic converter.
1、Put the converter (or hang) at a a dry place with good ventilation, environment
temperature
should not exceed 35 degree centigrade.
2 、Before power-on the generator, check whether the power source is 220V,Two phase,
Any
voltage greater than 240V is prohibited.
3、Protect ultrasonic connector and plug, water and conductive particles are not
allowed to enter
the connector.
4、Try trouble shooting as per the manual if any faults, Don’t dismount and repair
by yourself.
