Centenarians and baby boomers both feel younger than their age but maintaining physical health has been more difficult than mental health or social connections. They remember their 30s most fondly, while baby boomers also have fond memories of their 20s. Landline phones are the most popular way for both groups to stay in touch with friends and family, though baby boomers are more likely to use cell phones, email, and other technologies compared to centenarians who prefer mail. A quarter of baby boomers are caregivers, most often providing care for a parent.
