Every two seconds, someone needs blood, with over 41,000 donations required daily, and a single donation can save up to three lives. Traditional methods of spreading the need for blood face challenges in coordination and communication, especially in emergencies. The organization Crayon'd aims to transform blood donation through a new app to better connect donors and recipients.
