Education:
• University graduate in Hanoi in 1985
• The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
and was awarded an MBA in Finance (under Fulbright
scholarship)
Career:
• After graduating university in Hanoi, to established a
private foreign investment consultancy firm with four
colleagues. It was the first privately owned company in
Vietnam facilitating foreign investment and developed
clients such as ANZ, Phillip Morris, Coca Cola, IBM
and Citibank…
Dam Bich Thuy • After graduating with her MBA in 1995, joined ANZ
CEO | ANZ Greater Mekong Region Singapore to help set up the investment bank business
in Asia for 10 years. In charge of various functions in-
cluding director of project finance for oil and gas, and
subsequently managed the resources business for the
whole of Asia.
• In November 2005, appointed General Manager of
ANZ Vietnam and is now managing the full banking
operation for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City branches
and the representative office in Can Tho city
• In December 2009, appointed CEO, Greater Mekong
Region and is still holding this position

Pham Cao Hue Chi Hue Chi has taken over the role of Senior Marketing
Senior Marketing Manager | Pepsi Co. Vietnam Manager of PepsiCo International Vietnam based in
Ho Chi Minh City since August 2009. Her primary
responsibilities include managing total brand marketing
calendar and marketing budget, conducting master plan
marketing activities to build and sustain brand KPIs and
market share.
Prior to this, Chi had 3.5 years working as Global
Marketing Manager for Kimberly-Clark USA where she
led the platform 5 year innovation plan. Chi started
her career path with Unilever both in Vietnam and
Asia region for 3 years after graduating from Foreign
Trade University at the first rank. While with Unilever
Vietnam, she was in the team that won the third prize
of Path to Grow Global Award from Unilever.
Chi also holds an MBA degree from Emory University
– Goizueta Business School 2007. She was in Top 100
Vietnam college graduate in 2002.
Nguyen Hoanh Tien has more than 10 years of experi-
ence in high-tech industry, ranging from in technical
design, network planning, technical operations, market-
ing to general management in telecom and data net-
working both in Vietnam and overseas. Before joining
VinaGame, Tien served at SAP (Systeme, Anwendungen
und Produkte in der Datenverarbeitung, working to im-
prove various operation management system aspects for
the Center of Excellence, a fast-growing entrepreneurial
division of SAP AG and leading the Business Systems
Consulting group to initiate and facilitate business inno-
vations, process redesign and strategic application of IT
for major U.S., European and Middle East corporations.
Nguyen Hoang Tien
Vice President of Operation | Tien has a BS degree from Hanoi University of technol-
VNG Corporation ogy, an MS degree from the University of Vermont, and
an MBA from Emory University, USA. He is co-founder
of US Guide (US Study Guide) and Connek (Converge
Network Technology Group), two major volunteer and
professional networks; and is a member of the Advisory
Board for Circle of Friends (Vong Tay Be Ban), a vol-
unteer charity group. Tien has also provided personal
development coaching for many young Vietnamese
business and technology talents since 1999.

Ngo Viet Nam Son
Chairman | NVD Architects & Planners
Nam-Son NGO-VIET has had 25 years of professional
experiences in planning and architecture developments
in Asia (China, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, and Viet-
nam) and North America (Canada and United States).
Dr. Ngo-Viet has encompassed his works with a vision
of interdisciplinary cooperation and practical research
bridging with practice, including teaching at University
of Washington and University of California, working
with leading experts (Skidmore & Owings, Merrill, of-
fice of architect Ngo Viet Thu), and providing strategic
consultancy to local governments (Vietnam, Canada,
and United States). He has also engaged in planning,
architectural and socio-cultural research projects and
presented lectures at universities and conferences in
the world. He got a doctorate degree from University
of Washington and a master degree from University of
California at Berkeley. He communicates fluently in
English, French, and Vietnamese.
