What have we done this week?
! We came up with business ideas for our class project and evaluated them

What did we learn this week?
! On personal level: what kind of task orientation we have and how to pitch ourself
" New skill set: What is a good business idea and how to evaluate an idea

$ Always keep improving: find hypothesis, test hypothesis in real life, improve
hypothesis to create a product that the market/ your customers actually want!

start-ups are not smaller versions of companies
Now: Lean Start-Up (search for repeatable and scalable business model)
Key principles of lean method:
! Summarise your hypotheses in business model canvas framework
" Get out of the building approach (using customer input)
# Agile development
➡ Using lean method will result in fewer failures
➡ Lean method reduces constraints (e.g. Quick product launch)
Decentralisation of access to financing and availability of information favour
