This document describes UC Analytics software for monitoring and reporting on Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business communication systems. It provides real-time dashboards and reports on metrics like presence, call quality, capacity planning, costs and employee productivity. The dashboards have configurable layouts and dynamic charts. Pre-built and custom reports can be generated on usage, quality, resources and expenses. Response group monitoring and real-time wallboards are also included. Network and device monitoring capabilities will be added soon.
