This document describes the creation of a startup called Travel World Passport that aims to help travelers save and share their travel memories. It discusses how the founder Max wanted to understand how adventurous travelers plan trips differently than tourists. He created a framework for travelers to document their experiences. The startup faced challenges launching with a distributed team on a small budget. Through social media engagement and feedback from early users, Travel World Passport has found success in beta testing by allowing a community of travelers to share experiences.

where they are bound! All we know is they embark on amazing journeys
to see places in far away lands. Even they can’t imagine what their
journey will hold.

simple...but the challenge was great. As you’d expect of
travelers, it’s hard for us to stay still. We were all over
the place- Australia, Poland, Scotland and the
United States...and so came the problem of managing
a distributed team.

was almost non-existent, so we had to try out all things marketing that came free
– we settled for LOVE MARKETING, based on social media and honest
communication of values.
