Inner dialogue is the thoughts and questions
you present to yourself, the negative or
positive self-talk you tell yourself, the noise
in your head preventing you from hearing
the truth... almost always talking to you
without you realizing what it is.

Answer the questions it asks; ask for more detail or information; have a
conversation and try to understand what's going on
LISTEN CLOSELY; WHAT DO YOU HEAR? HOW DOES IT AFFECT
YOU?
Don't just assume this inner dialogue is correct. Start by building
awareness and understanding how what you hear affects you.
LOG AND TRACK WHEN YOU HEAR YOUR INNER DIALOGUE
Document the time of day, where you were, what you were doing, just
did or were about to do, and how you noticed the inner dialogue

Give your inner dialogue a name and persona; you can
tell him/her 'shut up'!
