1. The distributions of class scores for the experimental and control groups were tested for normality using Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests. Both groups were found to have normal distributions.
2. An independent t-test found a significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental (M=81.8) and control (M=77.5) groups, with the experimental group scoring higher on average.
3. An ANOVA test found no significant effect of skill level on scores in the experimental group, although the relationship between these variables approached significance (p=.072). Skill level explained 76.9% of the variance in experimental group scores.
