investments young professionals with 50 years combined experience in construction, real estate development and sales. TSG has successfully

Harvey Hernandez
Managing Director
Harvey Hernandez is co-founder of The Solution Group (TSG), a multi million real estate firm specializing in middle-market single, family products. He
was also founder and CEO of H&H Development Co., a $550 million multifamily development firm, specializing in middle-market products. Since its in-
ception in early 2008, The Solution Group has amassed a portfolio of over $60 million in distressed properties.
Since its inception, in 2001, H&H amassed a portfolio of approximately 3.5 million square feet of development in various stages of planning, construction
and completion. Another couple of hundred units are scheduled to come on board this year.
Hernandez has been active in South Florida’s real estate scene for nearly two decades before formally establishing a development
company. As a hands-on investor, he acquired insight into the local market, ultimately designing a formula to market, build and deliver
